Status. This is Strimeta's operational legal documentation prepared for launch. Mandatory law prevails over contractual text. Because international privacy, tax, consumer and platform rules change, the regional launch gates and vendor list must be re-checked before entering a new market or materially changing the product.
Strimeta discloses Customer or personal data to authorities only where legally required or where a narrowly applicable emergency legal basis permits it.
Strimeta will, where lawful and practical:
- verify the requesting authority and legal process;
- assess jurisdiction, scope and legal validity;
- seek clarification or narrowing for overbroad requests;
- disclose only data responsive to a valid request;
- notify the affected Customer before disclosure unless legally prohibited or an emergency makes prior notice inappropriate;
- document the request and response;
- challenge or escalate requests that conflict with applicable transfer/privacy law where there is a reasonable legal basis to do so.
Strimeta does not provide voluntary bulk access or hidden backdoors to Customer Data.
