Strimeta Cookie and Local Storage Notice

Product: Strimeta
Operator / Provider: Jakub Marcinka, trading under jmarcinka.cz
IČO: 21474672
Business address: Na Kopci 1210/10, 460 14 Liberec XIV-Ruprechtice, Czech Republic
Contact: jmarcinka@email.cz
Website: https://jmarcinka.cz
Version: 1.0
Effective date: 9 September 2026

Status. This is Strimeta's operational legal documentation prepared for launch. Mandatory law prevails over contractual text. Because international privacy, tax, consumer and platform rules change, the regional launch gates and vendor list must be re-checked before entering a new market or materially changing the product.

1. Default rule

Strimeta's public site and application are designed to operate without advertising trackers or cross-site behavioural tracking. Only storage strictly necessary for authentication, security, preferences and requested functionality is enabled by default.

2. Essential examples

Depending on implementation, Strimeta may use session/authentication cookies, CSRF tokens, security/rate-limit identifiers and a local preference such as language or UI state. These are not used for advertising.

3. Analytics and marketing storage

No non-essential analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or similar device-storage technologies may be enabled in production until:

  1. their purpose/vendor/retention is documented;
  2. the Privacy Notice and this Notice are updated; and
  3. prior consent and withdrawal controls are implemented where required, including EU/EEA/UK rules.

4. Email tracking

Brevo open/click tracking is disabled by default for transactional messages. Enabling individual-level tracking requires a documented lawful basis, updated notice and consent where required.

5. Withdrawal

If optional storage is introduced, users must be able to refuse and later withdraw consent as easily as it was given, without losing core paid functionality that does not require that storage.
